We are pleased to announce that the 2018 Big Sky Overland Rally will be held at Sacajawea Park, in Livingston MT.

Livingston is a small railroad and ranching town in SouthWest Montana. It is also the first gateway town to America’s First National Park: Yellowstone.

Sacajawea Park is a historical park on the Lewis and Clark National Historical Trail. It is on the bank of the Yellowstone River, providing opportunities for fly fishing and floating during the BSOR. Livingston also boasts many fly shops and outfitters if you wish to spend a little more time experiencing one of Montana’s quintessential activities.

Climate:

In July and August, you can expect highs around 85 and lows around 50. Due to the dry climate, this makes for mild and pleasant summer weather.

Yellowstone National Park:

Livingston is Yellowstone’s original gateway town, being only one hour’s drive away. In Yellowstone you can see an incredible variety of wildlife including the iconic bison, geysers, hot springs and stunning geological features. Bring your camera!

Hot Springs:

Chico Hot Springs is only 30 minutes South of Livingston, and is a popular destination for both locals and visitors.
